Email Drew when your records and ours disagree: two charges for one Quick Scan, say, or an invoice that never reached your inbox. Quote the reference from your confirmation email. He finds the order, matches it to the Stripe payment behind it and the email address you confirmed at checkout, then tells you what the records show. Pivot consultant fees count too. You pay them to Axis Platform, and the consultant starts once the payment clears.
Leave your card number out. Card details go to Stripe, never to Axis.
