When to contact Daniel

When a report is unclear or late.

Write to Daniel when a finding in your report doesn’t square with what you hold: a red flag you think is misplaced, say, or an income snapshot that disagrees with the lease in your file. That’s what the clarification round is for. Every Quick Scan includes one free written round of up to two questions. Send them within 14 days of delivery. Quote the reference from your order emails, the one starting AXIS.

Report overdue? Ask him where your case sits. A missing document pauses the delivery clock. Axis would rather be slow than wrong.
