Terms.The agreement behind every Axis order.

These terms are an agreement between you and Axis Platform Holdings Pty Ltd — the company behind Axis Platform ("Axis", "we", "us"). Our office is at 313/489 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142, Australia. Axis sells structured decision support for commercial property. Three report products come off the same production line:

Beyond reports, we provide Pivot Planning — an ongoing planning-management service from around A$3,000 per month — and the Axis Desk subscription for professionals who order regularly. Reports are built with the Axis Score System: nine deal archetypes, five weighted dimensions, five gate checks and an A, B or C confidence grade. Every report is reviewed and signed off by a senior human before delivery. Raw AI output is never delivered.

That line appears on every Axis deliverable because it is the truth of the product. Our work organises evidence so you can decide with clearer eyes; it does not replace the professionals who owe you formal duties. Obtain advice from a qualified adviser before acting on anything we produce. Anything.

Axis does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Where a matter concerns capital raising, lending or an investment product, we refer you to licensed partners rather than advise on it ourselves.

Prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive where stated on the page. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe — never to us. Before payment, the checkout asks you to confirm your details and your email address. Check them carefully, because the deliverable is built from what you confirm.

Deliverables are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, which is why section 4 asks you to check it. The 24-hour turnaround on Quick Scan is a target, not a guarantee; a report that needs longer human review will take longer, and we would rather be slow than wrong.

Axis Desk and any other Axis subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, exactly as the checkout says when you sign up. You can cancel anytime.

Producing your deliverable may involve documents you upload — contracts, plans, feasibility work, correspondence. You warrant that you are entitled to share what you upload. We use that material for one purpose only: producing your deliverable.

Your report is yours, for your use on the asset and decision it was prepared for. The machinery that produced it stays ours: the Axis methodology — including the Score System and our report templates — remains Axis intellectual property. Reports may not be resold or white-labelled.

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a service we supplied falls short of one, email team@axisplatform.au and we will put it right.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a service we supply is limited to re-supply of that service or the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.

We update these terms when the business changes — a new product, say, or a new payment flow. Each version carries its date below, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
