1.1What is Axis Platform?
Axis Platform is a leading commercial property intelligence and resources platform based in Toorak, Melbourne. It helps Australian asset owners, buyers, investors, real estate agents and small developers on A$1M–A$30M assets and portfolios — from strategy advisory to project management, delivery, and the matching of opportunities and projects — on one systemised platform, at a fraction of traditional cost and with lower risk.

1.2Who is Axis for — and who is it not for?
Axis is built for Australian asset owners, buyers, investors, real estate agents and small developers working on A$1M–A$30M commercial assets and portfolios. By product: Quick Scan suits A$1M–A$20M, the Intelligence Pack A$1M–A$30M, and the Capital Readiness Pack A$3M–A$30M.
It is not for anyone who needs a formal valuation or licensed financial advice, and institutional-scale deals outside the band are usually better served elsewhere. Outside that range? Tell us — we'll flag it early or refer you on.
1.3Where is Axis based, and which regions do you cover?
Toorak, Melbourne — 313/489 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142 — serving clients across Australia. The primary focus is Melbourne and Sydney metro commercial property, with a meaningful concentration in Victorian case work. National channel partners cover broader geography case-by-case.
1.4What is Pivot Planning?
Pivot Planning is the Axis planning engine — a managed, five-stage journey that runs a planning-permit application from preliminary design through permit preparation, council decision, and endorsement, priced from around A$3,000 per month. Axis coordinates the consultants, triages council requests for information, and tracks the statutory clock, so you always know exactly where the application stands. See Pivot for the full journey.
1.5What is Match?
Match is the Axis engine for the matching of opportunities and projects — a defined brief on one side, assets, projects and resources on the other. It draws on the same intelligence and the same network as Strategy and Pivot, so a deal that has already been scored doesn't start from zero. See Match for how it works.
2.1What is a Quick Scan, and what does it cost?
A Quick Scan is a fast, human-reviewed read on a single commercial property deal — a go / no-go screen before you commit research time or a deposit. It comes in two depths: Standard at A$49.95 and Full at A$495, both on a 24-hour delivery target. Order either through the intake form, or compare the tiers on the Strategy page.
2.2What's the difference between the Standard and Full Quick Scan?
Standard (A$49.95) gives you the verified facts: property details, site, location and catchment, an asset and income snapshot, and the red flags for your deal type. Full (A$495) adds the complete decision layer — the five-dimension score with a confidence grade, all five gate checks, a feasibility read, and a recommendation with the Axis view.
If you want a report that ends in a clear go / no-go, choose Full.
2.3How fast do I get my report?
Quick Scan — 24-hour target, maximum 7 business days. Most deliver next business day after complete inputs.
Intelligence Pack — 7–10 business days after the scoping call, including a 60-minute interpretation session.
Capital Readiness Pack — 10–14 business days.
2.4What are the nine deal archetypes?
Every deal Axis scores is read through the Axis Score System: nine deal archetypes, five weighted dimensions, five gate checks, and A/B/C confidence grades. The archetype names the kind of deal you are actually in — which risks matter for it and which don't — so the analysis starts from the right question. Read the guide to the nine archetypes, or identify yours in about two minutes with the free Archetype Finder.
2.5Who writes and reviews the reports?
AI drafts the structure — executive summary, narrative sections, a first pass at the risk register. A human analyst reviews and edits, and a senior reviewer then signs off on the final score, pricing position, planning interpretation and the Axis view before anything is delivered. Raw AI output is never delivered. Meet the people and pipelines behind it on the team page.
2.6Is this financial or legal advice? Is it a valuation?
No. This is decision support, not formal financial, legal, tax or planning advice — and an Axis report is not a formal valuation or a planning approval. Axis sits between those professionals and your decision: a structured second opinion on whether to commit. Capital and finance matters are referred to licensed partners.
3.1How do I order?
Quick Scan — order directly through the intake form: pick Standard or Full, tell us about the property, pay online. Intelligence Pack or Capital Readiness Pack — book a 20-minute scoping call first, so fit is confirmed before you commit. Pivot Planning and Axis Desk start with a conversation: team@axisplatform.au.
3.2Do I have to buy the whole ladder?
No. Start where your decision sits — most buyers begin with a Quick Scan and only go deeper when it shows the deal deserves the work.
3.3What if my deal doesn't fit? What about refunds?
For the Intelligence Pack, the 20-minute scoping call exists specifically to screen fit — if it shows Axis isn't the right tool, we say so plainly and don't take the engagement. Protecting the quality signal beats protecting the revenue.
For everything else, the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply. Contact team@axisplatform.au and a person, not a queue, will sort it out.
3.4Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes — subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime. The exact renewal terms are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
3.5How is my data handled?
Axis uses your details only to deliver what you ordered and to respond to your enquiry; we don't share your information with third parties without your consent. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never touch Axis systems. The full policy is on the Privacy page.
Still deciding? Start small.
A Quick Scan from A$49.95 answers the first question — is this deal worth serious attention — within 24 hours.
